Administrator within HR & Payroll

(Permanent and Temporary Summer Assistants )

Voyonic Group are looking for self-motivated and driven candidates to join our busy team and assist in the delivery of high calibre client services. We are looking for an Administrator within our HR & Payroll department.

Duties for this role will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Data input and reconciliation of payrolls.
  • Maintenance of personnel and payroll systems.
  • Raising invoices and preparing payments.
  • Book-keeping duties.
  • Produce and process all relevant employee documents.
  • Liaising with Clients and Employees.

Previous administrative experience within an office environment with an understanding of basic HR and/or payroll. Good communication and a drive to excel are key to this role.

Candidates should have a good standard of education with a minimum of 5 GCSE’s grade C, above or equivalent, including Math’s and English. A basic understanding of office software applications is a must whilst also being able to adapt to new systems.

Bookkeeping Administrator

We are looking for a Book-Keeping Administrator!

Voyonic are looking for a self-motivated and driven administrator to join our busy and expanding team in a full-time role. The successful candidate will provide book-keeping and administration support to our large HR & Payroll department in the delivery of client services.

Ideally we are looking for someone with at least 1 year previous book-keeping experience in an office environment. They should have good communication skills in order to work within a team in a fast paced office environment.

Duties for this role will include but are not limited to the following:

·       Receiving and processing supplier invoices

·       Raising client invoices

·       Reconciling bank statements

·       Investigating client queries

·       Liaising with banks and clients

·       Filing and scanning

Office Support Administrator

Voyonic Group are looking for self-motivated and driven candidate to join our busy Resources Department in an exciting and diverse role. The successful candidate will provide efficient office support service to the Voyonic Group Companies, maintaining accurate and confidential records.

Duties for this role will include but are not limited to the following:

·       Assisting with administration relating to Company projects and services

·       Assisting with monitoring, maintaining and preparing the office meeting rooms

·       Assisting with arrangements for staff and client travel and entertainment, including events

·       Assisting with booking staff training and monitoring the staff training log

·       Assisting with office archiving

·       Providing refreshments as and when required

·       Opening and distribution of post

·       Answering and fielding of telephone calls

Previous administrative experience within an office environment and an understanding of IT would be an advantage for this role.

Candidates should have a good standard of education with a minimum of 5 GCSE’s grade C, above or equivalent, including Math’s and English. A basic understanding of office software applications is a must whilst also being able to adapt to new systems.
